Tushar Shah was born on September 11, 1979, in Bhadarwa, Savli, Vadodara, Gujarat, India, to Rasiklal Ramanlal Shah and Bhanumatiben Rasiklal Shah. He grew up with his brother, Pritesh Rasiklal Shah.
