Vijay Tomar (born 26 January 1972) is an Indian social worker, organisational leader and entrepreneur. Active for more than three decades, he is best known for his role as National Vice‑President of the Human Rights Protection Organisation (HRPO), where he oversees nationwide programmes in disability support, women’s and child rights, minority engagement and disaster relief. Raised in a family of freedom fighters, Tomar has led large‑scale initiatives ranging from the restoration of over 100 historic temples to legal advocacy for two crore (20 million) freedom‑fighter descendants across India.

Tomar was born on 26 January 1972 into a family deeply involved in India’s independence movement. Inspired by the public‑service ethos of his grandfather, maternal grandfather and father, he pursued community work from a young age while completing a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). He later entered the training and supply business sector before devoting himself full‑time to social initiatives.
