Vaibhavshree Sisodia (born 13 October 1996) is an Indian entrepreneur, educator, and the founder and CEO of Ahana Edtech & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., based in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. Known as the "Ziddi Entrepreneur," she empowers private schools to build their own branded study apps, helping them compete with India’s largest EdTech firms like Byju’s and Unacademy.
Early Life and Education
Sisodia was born in Ratanpur, Khargone district, into the royal Tomar family once granted the title of "Rana" by the Holkars. Post the 1972 land reforms, her family transitioned from aristocracy to modest living. She completed her early education in Sailana and later graduated from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Gujarat.
Career

In 2014, Sisodia launched Ahana Coaching, followed by Ahana IAS Academy in 2015. The academy mentored over 90 IAS/IPS officers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she pivoted from physical coaching to EdTech, co-founding Ahana Edtech with her husband.
