M. C. Vijayanandha Reddy (born 24 July 1969), also known as VNR, is an Indian politician from Andhra Pradesh. He is a senior leader of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) and has served as the party in-charge of the Chittoor Assembly constituency. He is politically associated with Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and other senior YSRCP leaders.
In 2024, he was nominated by the YSR Congress Party as its candidate for the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections from Chittoor.
Early life
Vijayanandha Reddy was born on 24 July 1969 into a farming family in Andhra Pradesh to M. A. Chinnabba Reddy and Padmajyothi. He grew up in a rural environment and has remained actively connected with grassroots communities throughout his political career.
He is married to M. V. Indhumathi.
Political career
Vijayanandha Reddy has been active in Andhra Pradesh politics for over a decade. He is recognised for his constituency-level engagement, organisational work, and mass outreach programmes in the Chittoor region. Supporters often refer to him as “Jananeta” (People’s Leader) and “Praja Nayakudu” (Public Leader).
