Early life and education
Dr. Jay Dhruv hails from Gujarat, India. He completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from Ganpat University, Mehsana, followed by a Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Electrical Power Systems from LDRP Institute of Technology and Research, Gandhinagar.
He later earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, with research focused on hybrid grid energy management systems, including state estimation, multi-source energy integration, and grid security.
He is also a Chartered Engineer (Electrical Engineering).
