Dr. Vikas Chaurasiya
Dr. Vikas Chaurasiya (born 5 September 1997) is an Indian Ayurvedic physician, researcher, author, poet and social reformer. He is the founder of ShivLakshmi Ayurveda Classes, known for providing affordable postgraduate medical coaching in Ayurveda, and the founder of Mission Badlav Yuva Samiti, a social initiative focused on education for underprivileged children. Chaurasiya is recognised for his pioneering research in Satvavajaya Chikitsa (Ayurvedic counseling therapy for mental health), his literary contributions, and his role as a motivational speaker and educator.

Early Life and Education
Chaurasiya was born on 5 September 1997 in Fatehpur Matiha, Fatehpur district, Uttar Pradesh, to Lakshmi Narayan Chaurasiya and Shiv Kumari Devi. He completed his early education in Prayagraj. He pursued his Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He later completed an MD in Ayurveda, specialising in Mental Health and Satvavajaya Chikitsa.
Career
Research in Ayurveda
Chaurasiya is regarded among the first in India to conduct large-scale academic research in Satvavajaya Chikitsa. His work focuses on Ayurveda’s role in addressing psychological challenges through scientific and traditional approaches.
ShivLakshmi Ayurveda Classes
In 2019, he founded ShivLakshmi Ayurveda Classes, a national-level coaching platform for AIAPGET (MD Entrance) preparation. The institution is recognised for offering affordable fees and innovative teaching methods, including poetry, mnemonics, and simplified interpretations of classical texts.
Mission Badlav Yuva Samiti
Through Mission Badlav Yuva Samiti, Chaurasiya has worked towards providing education to underprivileged children. The initiative seeks to empower youth and reduce poverty cycles through access to knowledge.
