Raju Akurathi was born in China Tadepalligudem, Tadepalligudem, in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, India. He was raised in a humble family background and credits his upbringing for shaping his commitment to social upliftment and employment creation.

He completed his secondary schooling at ZPPH High School, Kadiyadda, Tadepalligudem in 2013. He later pursued his intermediate education at Sri Pragathi Junior College.

Raju earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the West Godavari Institute of Science and Technology (WISE) between 2015 and 2019.

Career

After completing his engineering degree, Raju Akurathi began his professional journey in the recruitment industry.
