Bharati is the founder of multiple content-focused platforms, including Bantagram and ScriptDuniya, which operate as digital marketplaces connecting Indian content creators with domestic and international buyers. He also serves as the Managing Director of SplitMirrorPictures, a content production company engaged in film, television and digital media projects.

He is a registered member of the Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association (IMPPA) and the Screenwriters Association (SWA).

Early life and education

Siddharth Bharati completed his undergraduate studies at Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany (Honours).

Following his academic education, he pursued professional training in animation, compositing and visual effects, completing advanced diploma programs that provided technical expertise in animation, VFX and digital production workflows.

Career

Early career (2007–2014)

Bharati began his professional career in the animation and visual effects industry, working as an animator, background artist and cleanup artist on short films and development projects. His early work included contributions to projects associated with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Between 2010 and 2013, he worked as a Creative Designer with Sony Pictures Networks India, contributing to broadcast design, promotional content and on-air graphics for channels including Sony Entertainment Television, Sony MAX, Sony SAB and Sony PIX. His portfolio during this period included work on properties such as the Indian Premier League, Indian Idol and Kaun Banega Crorepati.

In 2014, Bharati briefly served as a Graphics Consultant with Reliance MediaWorks Ltd., contributing to digital and broadcast creative projects.

Entrepreneurship and content production

SplitMirrorPictures

In 2015, Bharati assumed the role of Managing Director of SplitMirrorPictures, expanding his work as a content producer and project director. Through the company, he has produced and overseen a range of audio-visual content, including educational media, television commercials, feature films and web series.

His production work includes a VFX-driven television commercial for the Ministry of Petroleum, Government of India, which was broadcast internationally. He has also led the creation of over 600 curriculum-based tutorials on post-production software for APTECH.

Bharati has served as a showrunner and project designer, managing teams of over 40 professionals on large-scale productions, including a 330 one-take uncut commercial film project associated with a Guinness World Record attempt in 2021.

ScriptDuniya

In 2018, Bharati founded ScriptDuniya, an online marketplace designed to connect writers with producers and content buyers. The platform enables creators to showcase scripts across multiple formats and genres while providing buyers access to a curated pool of verified content submissions.

Bantagram

In 2019, Bharati launched Bantagram, a B2B managed marketplace focused on film and television content rights. The platform facilitates the buying and selling of content across formats, languages and territories, connecting Indian creators with global buyers and distributors.

Bantagram is recognised as a DPIIT-recognised startup and has been incubated at STPI Guwahati and under the NASSCOM 10,000 Startups initiative. The platform was recognised as an innovative media-technology startup at the 54th International Film Festival of India held in Goa in 2023.

Writing and systems thinking

Bharati is the author of several works on structured personal development, including The 4 Worlds We Live In, The Art of Expression and Don’t Start With Why, Start With What. His writing critiques motivation-centric self-help narratives and advocates systems-based approaches emphasising discipline, alignment and repeatable behaviour.

In 2025, he launched the Self Rebuild Challenge under the Alignment Tribe initiative. The program is a structured 60-day framework designed for individuals seeking long-term behavioural change through daily reflection, accountability and structured practice.
