Dr. Vishal Gupta (born 30 July 1978) is an Indian fitness educationist, motivational speaker, national and international athlete, lifestyle coach, and also an entrepreneur. He is the founder of FEELFIT24SEVEN — a brand comprising of fitness gyms, educational institution, and product line up acts. He is known for his discipline, charisma, and commitment to promoting health, Dr. Vishal Gupta has been a prominent face in India’s fitness and bodybuilding community for over three decades.[1]

Dr. Vishal Gupta holds a degree in Chemistry (Honours) and MBA in Marketing. With a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness, he pursued multiple certifications both nationally and internationally, including:
- American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer
- Reebok certifications in Aerobics, Step Training, and Body Conditioning

Career
Started his career as a fitness coach in 2003, Dr. Vishal Gupta went on to become a professional athlete, fitness model, and educator. He has mentored numerous students in national and international competitions, like Sheru Classic, Devil Circuit, Yodha Race, and Powerlifting Championships.[3]
He was a faculty member at Elite School of Modelling, Health Perform (Hindustan Media), and Graphy by Unacademy. His fitness brand, Feelfit24seven, has played a key role in transforming lives through structured training, education, and product innovation.[4]
