Sea and Coast is a monthly Indian maritime magazine published in both print and digital formats. Founded in 2017 by ex‑mariner Amit Kumar, the magazine is based in New Delhi and aims to be the “Voice of the Global Maritime World.” It covers maritime affairs, strategic analysis, shipping industry trends, seafarer welfare, ocean governance, and the blue economy.[1]

History and Foundation

Amit Kumar launched *Sea and Coast* in 2016 as a specialized media house dedicated to the marine and shipping sectors. The first issue was released in January 2017 under RNI registration number DELENG/2017/70663.[2] The magazine expanded rapidly, reaching readers in over 20 countries.[3]

Editorial Vision

The magazine blends investigative reporting, policy discussions, expert-authored analysis, and exclusive interviews. It targets:
