Sandeep Jain (born 25 October 1975) is an Indian food connoisseur, entrepreneur, and hospitality professional. He is the founder and director of Eleven Course Pvt. Ltd.—a luxury catering and hospitality brand based in Delhi. Recognised for his innovative approach to vegetarian cuisine and premium event catering, Jain has played a key role in transforming the hospitality industry in India.

Early life and education
Sandeep Jain was born in Delhi, India, on 25 October 1975. Growing up amidst the vibrant food culture of Old Delhi, he developed an early interest in culinary arts and hospitality. He completed his schooling in Delhi and later earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from the University of Delhi.
Career
Early beginnings (1995–2000)
Jain began his professional journey in 1995, inspired by the bustling street food culture of Old Delhi. He initially focused on vegetarian street food, which gained popularity for its authentic flavours and presentation. In 2000, he co-founded Jain Caterers with his family, laying the foundation for his career in the catering industry.
Expansion into catering and hospitality (2014–2016)
In 2014, Jain Caterers expanded into wedding catering, launching the premium brand Eleven Course. By 2016, he inaugurated the first Eleven Course Restaurant, combining fine dining with India’s traditional vegetarian heritage.
In 2018, Jain introduced the Club Class service—an exclusive catering concept offering personalised luxury dining. In 2021, he launched Rituals & Amber, a brand segment focused on destination experiences and luxury gifting solutions.
Recent ventures (2021–present)
Under Jain’s leadership, Eleven Course Pvt. Ltd. diversified into resorts, cloud kitchens, and restaurants, strengthening its presence in the food and beverage sector in India.
