Dr. Prashant Dwivedi (born 25 May 1985) is an Indian social activist and public welfare leader. He is best known as the President of Bharat Manch Trust, a public welfare organisation focused on civic engagement, social justice, cultural dialogue, and national-level recognition programmes.
He also serves as the National General Secretary of All India Panchayat Parishad, an autonomous body associated with the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government of India.

Dr. Prashant Dwivedi was born on 25 May 1985 in India. From an early age, he showed a strong inclination toward social responsibility, civic awareness, and public affairs, which later shaped his involvement in civil society initiatives.
Career
Dr. Dwivedi began his active public life in 2013, focusing on social awareness, policy understanding, and community engagement. In 2022, the Positivity Gems of India Award honoured 27 eminent personalities and institutions from across India.
Balloon Fiesta 2024
In 2024, under Dr. Dwivedi’s leadership, Bharat Manch Trust organised Balloon Fiesta 2024, India’s first large-scale aero-sports and hot air balloon festival.
The event was held at Bhalswa Lake, New Delhi, with the objective of promoting aviation tourism and adventure sports in India.
