rn 6 July 1976), whose full name is Bosombo Kombozi Phylo, is a Congolese Christian reverend, evangelist, entrepreneur, and humanitarian. She is best known as the founder and leader of the Mission Mondiale d’Évangélisation et d’Intercession (MIMODIE) and the KOMBOZI Foundation.

Early life and calling

Phylo Kombozi was born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, to Bosombo Albert and Charlotte Posho. She experienced her spiritual calling at the age of 11 while visiting a neighboring family that hosted Apostle Mzee Ayidini Abala Alexandre of the FEPACO NZAMBE MALAMU church. She was later dedicated to ministry by Apostle Ayidini.

Her commitment to ministry deepened after what she describes as a second consecration, following her father’s recovery during an evangelical crusade she attended with him.

Ministry

Phylo Kombozi began her leadership journey in 2007 by leading an intercession group known as "GIT" under the spiritual guidance of Christophe Ngandu, Alain Elonga Ngola, and Henry Ngangwele.

In 2008, she preached at a major evangelical campaign at Stade Tata Raphaël in Kinshasa. Following this event, she was conferred the title of Reverend by Apostle Amviko Hélène.

In 2014, she founded the Mission Mondiale d’Évangélisation et d’Intercession (MIMODIE), an evangelical ministry based in Kinshasa. The organization reports a global membership exceeding 1,000 individuals, with more than 500 active participants. It has conducted multiple outreach programs, reporting over 200 baptisms during its early campaigns and more than 60 baptisms annually.

The ministry headquarters is located at Avenue Échangeur, Quartier Échangeur, Commune de Lemba, Kinshasa.

Humanitarian work

In 2016, Phylo Kombozi established the KOMBOZI Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on supporting vulnerable communities. The foundation undertakes social support initiatives and has plans to develop healthcare infrastructure, including the construction of a hospital.

Education and business

Phylo Kombozi earned a degree in Economic and Social Law from the Université Libre de Kinshasa in 2014. Alongside her ministry and humanitarian work, she is also an entrepreneur and founder of a real estate company known as KTG.

Personal life

Phylo Kombozi is married to Henry Kitenge and has five children. She resides in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
