Dr. Pankaj Kumar completed his schooling at Don Bosco’s Academy, Patna. He pursued advanced studies in Electronics and Communication Engineering, as well as Marketing Management from ICFAI. Additionally, he earned his General Management program from IIM Lucknow, studied Global Leadership Management through university in Malaysia, and obtained a Ph.D. in Commerce and Management from prestigious Pune University.

His father, Late Sri Jagdish Prasad, served as a Government Officer in the Bihar Electricity Board known in society for his honesty and integrity, while his mother Manna Devi has dedicated her life as a homemaker.

Dr. Kumar joined the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) in 2013, drawing inspiration from leaders like Narendra Modi and Amit Shah. He actively contributes to political and youth upliftment initiatives and aims to drive Bihar’s development through investment, employment generation, and social reforms.

Inspired by Bhamashah Ji, Dr. Kumar has worked extensively to advocate for the rights and responsibilities of the Vaishya community. He authored "Vaishya Community Visionary Constitution: Rights, Directives, and Duties," which has been recognized by the Government of India's Copyright Agency.

He is also the author of ‘Vaishya Gaurav Gaan’, which has received approval from the Government of India's Copyright Agency. Additionally, he envisions constructing a 101-foot statue of Bhamashah Ji in the Ganga River in Patna, to be known as the ‘Statue of Sacrifice’.
