Ajail Shaik Raheman (born 1 July 1979) is an Indian real estate entrepreneur and business executive. He is the Managing Director and Global Chief Executive Officer of Silver Sands Estates and Infra, a real estate development company operating across India and international markets. He is known for promoting sustainable real estate development and eco-centric residential and farmland communities, particularly in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Early life and education

Ajail Shaik Raheman was born in Narasaraopet, Andhra Pradesh, into an academically inclined family. His father, Mastan Saheb Shaik, served as a lecturer, while his mother, Noorjahan Begum Shaik, is a homemaker.

He completed his schooling at Narasaraopet Municipal High School. Raheman later pursued higher education through the Indira Gandhi National Open University, earning a Master of Computer Applications (MCA).

Career

Raheman began his professional journey in journalism, where he gained early exposure to public communication, market research, and investor interaction. During the economic slowdown of 2008, he transitioned into the real estate sector, applying his communication and strategic planning skills to project positioning and investor relations.

In 2016, he founded Silver Sands Estates and Infra, focusing on planned real estate developments, gated farmland communities, luxury villas, and eco-resort projects. Under his leadership, the company expanded its footprint across Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Dubai, serving domestic clients as well as Non-Resident Indian (NRI) and overseas investors.

He currently oversees multiple large-scale developments across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with emphasis on sustainable planning, green architecture, and long-term asset value creation.
