Ashutosh Kar was born in Puri, Odisha, India to Dr. Pradip Kumar Kar and Sasmita Kar. Demonstrating a strong interest in business, finance, and law from an early age, he pursued a robust educational path that enabled him to operate across multiple domains.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from India and a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States. Additionally, he holds a degree in Corporate Law, further strengthening his multidisciplinary expertise.
Career
Kar began his career working with leading firms in the finance and legal sectors. His early exposure to international business regulations and financial structuring laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.
In 2020, he founded Advince LLP, a global tax and legal consulting firm that assists businesses in structuring operations, managing taxation, and expanding internationally, especially between India and the United States. Under his leadership, Advince has become a go-to advisory for cross-border entrepreneurs and SMEs.
