The framework is based on the principle that startup evaluation should consider both internal business quality and the practical readiness of a business to raise and effectively utilize external capital.
Investment Quality Score
The Investment Quality Score (IQS) evaluates startups through eleven distinct parameters. Each parameter is scored from 0 to 10, and the final score is calculated through stage-based weighted allocation.

Capital Readiness Score
The Capital Readiness Score (CRS) integrates both Investment Quality Score (IQS) and Funding Readiness Score (FRS) into a unified capital readiness metric. Both scores are measured on a 10-point scale, while CRS uses a weighted 70:30 methodology that prioritizes business quality while incorporating funding preparedness.
