Raman Gupta (born 6 December 1985) is an Indian lawyer, entrepreneur, and legal consultant. He has represented several cases before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. He is the State Vice Chairman of the MSME Promotion Council of India and a partner at Emerge Legal, one of the fastest-growing consulting firms in India. He is also the founder of multiple startups including VirtualAdvo.in and Trademark Suvidha Kendra. Gupta is recognized for his expertise in corporate law, food law, real estate regulation, business law, and commercial advisory.

Early life and education

Raman Gupta was born in Amritsar, Punjab, India. He completed his schooling at DPS Dalhousie and The Army School Pathankot. He pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), which laid the foundation for his legal career.
