Dr. Thejo Kumari Amudala was born in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. She was raised in a family that encouraged values of discipline and social responsibility.

She completed her MBA and later obtained a Ph.D. from Texas Global University, USA. She further enhanced her management expertise through executive programs at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the Indian School of Business. She also pursued a medicine-related course at Harvard University.

Dr. Amudala began her entrepreneurial journey in 2002 with the establishment of Thejas Groups. Under this umbrella, she founded:
