Early life and education
Dr. Satish was born on 19 June 1977 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, to Kilaparthy Samba Murthy. He completed his early education in Visakhapatnam and pursued a graduate degree in Business Management.
He later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Mysore. The honorific title “Dr.” associated with his name is an honorary doctorate, awarded in recognition of his contributions to entrepreneurship and social service.
Career
Dr. Satish began his professional career in Bengaluru, working in marketing and sales of encyclopedias, dictionaries, and children’s educational books sourced from domestic and international publishers. This phase provided him with experience in grassroots sales and customer engagement.
In the mid-2000s, amid rapid urban expansion in Bengaluru, he transitioned into the real estate sector. In 2005, he entered residential property marketing, and in 2007, he formally established DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd.

DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd., founded with the vision of providing affordable housing to middle-income families, adopted the motto “Sharing the Joy of Living.” The company commenced operations with two residential projects and expanded steadily.
Over time, DS-MAX evolved into a diversified real estate group with projects across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana, delivering thousands of residential units and focusing on cost-efficient, volume-driven housing solutions.

Under Dr. Satish’s leadership, the DS-MAX Group diversified into several allied and non-allied sectors, including:
